The stone bridge Pavić is standing between Slime and Podgrađe in the inland of Omiš, on the upper course of the river Cetina, for over 115 years already.
It was partially mined during World War II, erosion had not spared it but the function was briefly stopped only thorough the renovation that was completed in 2012.
Since then there is road over it , to the delight of Poljica inhabitant and visitors.
It was built in the era of Franz Joseph, and was named after Alfonso Pavić, one of the biggest benefactors of Poljica.
He is the reason that the road from Strožanac to Blato on Cetina exists as well as the road from Omiš to Gata.
They also built bridges over Cetina in Omiš, Podgrađe, Srijani and Blato on Cetina.
